On February 28 (Saturday), Consul General Young-jae Kim attended the 107th Anniversary Commemoration of the March 1st Independence Movement, hosted by the Korean Canadian Association of Toronto.
In his commemorative remarks, Consul General Kim reflected on the noble sacrifices and indomitable spirit of Korea’s forebears who achieved independence despite the hardships of losing their nation. He emphasized the importance of remembering and honoring their legacy and expressed his hope that the Korean community in Toronto will continue to work together for the continued prosperity of the Republic of Korea.
